Take Back Control of your Life!

Find your path to a healthier, happier You!
Living with chronic illnesses is painful, exhausting, and frankly depressing. Doctors don’t believe you, there are hundreds of books and influencers telling you how to fix yourself with yoga, and the people around you don’t understand. It can feel like there is no way out.
I can help you take back control! You know your conditions, your body, your dreams. I have the experience and the expertise. Together we can discover the solutions that work for you!
I know how it feels

After 16 years of chronic pain and fatigue, I was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome in 2022. I was in pain, exhausted, and desperate for answers. I used my experience as a researcher to find practical and mangable solutions that worked for me. I went from 5 minute walks in 2022 to running a 5k for The Ehler’s Danlos Society in 2025!
You can do what you love again!
You can smash goals you can’t even imagine now!
As a coach who understands how hard this journey is, I can empathise with and support you through the highs and lows of your recovery journey.

What my clients say…
“Alix helps me break down the world which has often not been kind to me, but she helps me realise there is so much more to life and I am capable of way more than I often tell myself.”
Poppy
“Alix was incredibly helpful with narrowing my focus to help me figure out my goals. I’ve learned quite a bit from her and I’m starting, little by little, to improve in my daily life at achieving those small goals leading to those bigger changes. I can’t thank Alix enough.”
Sydney
“Alix is a great coach, I’m glad to know them. They’re excellent at cutting gently through digressions and justifications to talk about why I’m doing things this way, and then helping with building a more helpful thing to put there.“
