I know how it feels

After 16 years of chronic pain and fatigue, I was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome. I have been overwhelmed, exhausted, and desperate for answers.

As a coach who understands how hard this journey is, I can empathise with and support you through the highs and lows of your recovery journey.

What my clients say…

“Alix is absolutely incredible. Since she started working with me, she has supported me through numerous big parts of my life + has helped build my confidence + given me lots of reassurance. The way she guides me in conversations help me to reach the mindset/thoughts I had been confused + overwhelmed by. During my lowest times at the end of my education, while also dealing with family health issues, she was always there to talk to and support me + I am so thankful for that. She is also just so fun and easy to talk to about absolutely anything, I always leave our calls smiling. Alix helps me break down the world which has often not been kind to me, but she helps me realise there is so much more to life and I am capable of way more than I often tell myself. Her work and support has had a really positive impact.”

Poppy

“Alix was incredibly helpful with narrowing my focus to help me figure out my goals. I came in with issues with discipline, eating, exercising, social activities, job worries, and she helped me separate each one and break them down to their base level so that I could find ways to improve one step at a time. She was an incredible listener and was patient and caring when I got upset. I’ve learned quite a bit from her and I’m starting, little by little, to improve in my daily life at achieving those small goals leading to those bigger changes. I can’t thank Alix enough.”

Sydney

Alix is a great coach, I’m glad to know them. I’m eating, meditating, and sleeping far better for the work we’ve put into my habits together. They’re excellent at cutting gently through digressions and justifications to talk about why I’m doing things this way, and then helping with building a more helpful thing to put there.

Charly

Alix helped me clarify many of my goals, especially the ones that were big, vague, and intimidating. I set out to be more organized, and because of that, I’ve been able to prioritize better and have more time for the things I really want to do. Tasks I couldn’t surmount before have now been broken down to a manageable size. I’m very grateful! :)”

Gene

“Alix made me feel comfortable and able to discuss personal matters. I didn’t feel judged or pressured, and she asked questions that gently helped me come to conclusions and realisations. Alix is friendly and supportive and I enjoyed our session.”
