New Clients – £795

- Typically 4 months
- 3 sessions identifying where you are now, your values, and where you really want to be
- 5 coaching sessions taking steps towards that goal
- Support available via text and phone between sessions
- Access to online Coaching Support Group on Discord
- Length and frequency of sessions to be discussed.
Returning Clients – £595

- Typically 3 months
- 1 session reevaluating your final goal
- 5 coaching sessions taking steps towards that goal
- Support available via text and phone between sessions
- Access to online Coaching Support Group on Discord
- Length and frequency of sessions to be discussed.
Pacing 1-1 Coaching – £395

- Typically 2 months
- Session 1 – Introduction to pacing and learning how to best assess your energy usage
- Session 2 – Using the energy useage data you’ve collect to create a bespoke pacing plan
- Session 3 – Reviewing your pacing plan and learning how you can best adapt it
- Session 4 – A 1 month review of your pacing so far, and planning how to increase your energy going forward.
- Support available via text and phone between sessions
- Access to online Coaching Support Group on Discord
- Following the format of the group Pacing Coaching, but with personal coaching to
ensure you are taking the best steps for you. - Length and frequency of sessions to be discussed.
Individual Coaching Session – £120

Single coaching sessions may be of use to you for a wide variety of reasons, including if you are a returning client who wishes to:
- Review their pacing plan
- Identify a new goal
- Assess their progress
